Weld Anti-Spatter RP
WELD ANTI-SPATTER RP is a synthetic, non-flammable, non-toxic liquid that prevents hot spatter from sticking to work pieces and fixtures. Any spatter falling on an area treated with WELD ANTISPATTER RP will not stick and can be easily brushed away. Its ingredients are carefully selected to not cause hazardous fumes and discomfort to welders or surrounding workers. WELD ANTI-SPATTER RP does not contain Silicones or Ozone depleting chemicals and will not inhibit secondary operations like painting, galvanizing, or other plating processes. WELD ANTI-SPATTER RP can also be used as a short term rust preventive on ferrous metals stored indoors.
Usage
WELD ANTI-SPATTER RP requires no mixing, it is used as received. Spray a light coating of the liquid on areas where spatter is a concern. It can also be sprayed into welding nozzles to prevent spatter build-up in this area. If need be, WELD ANTI-SPATTER RP can be removed with warm water or a mild alkaline cleaner. The product should be stored above 40° F. If frozen just return it to room temperature.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Appearance- Clear pale yellow liquid, Odor- Bland, Flash Point- None, Freezing Point- 32° F.
