TOWERKEM 569 is a high-performance, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid engineered for extreme-duty applications. Specially formulated for aerospace aluminum and other high-performance alloys, it is safe for use on all metals - including ferrous materials, stainless steels, and copper alloys.
TOWERKEM 569 is suitable for a wide range of machining and grinding operations, including boring, drilling, milling, reaming, tapping, threading, and grinding. It also performs exceptionally well in more demanding applications such as broaching, deep hold drilling, gear hobbing, and honing. For cutting operations, it can be used at dilution ratios between 5% and 12%, while for grinding applications, a 4% to 6% dilution is recommended.
