Rustbeat WS-72
RUSTBEAT WS-72 is a water soluble rust preventive developed to provide long term indoor storage. RUSTBEAT WS-72 is mixed with water to form an emulsion. This emulsion is used to provide rust and corrosion protection. Steel parts can be nested or stacked wet. RUSTBEAT WS-72 will leave a light oily residue after the water has evaporated. It is an excellent rust inhibitor for use in producing steel coils, cold drawn bars, wire, and welded tubing.
Usage
RUSTBEAT WS-72 is recommended for use on ferrous metals. Starting dilutions are between 4:1 (20%) and 9:1 (10%). To form a good emulsion always add RUSTBEAT WS-72 to water with agitation. A 20% dilution will typically provide 12 months indoor protection. RUSTBEAT WS-72 can be easily removed in an aqueous wash using an alkaline cleaner such as TOWERKLENE 42-A.
