Towerpro 7800-E
TOWERPRO 7800-E is an extra-heavy-duty emulsifiable metal forming lubricant designed for use on ferrous metals, high strength alloys and stainless steels. TOWERPRO 7800-E is effective on the most difficult operations that include multi-stage forming, drawing, deep drawing and tube bending. TOWERPRO 7800-E produces a high strength film on metal surfaces and exhibits exceptional extreme pressure characteristics.
Usage
TOWERPRO 7800-E can be used as a straight concentrate, or at dilutions up to 10:1 with water. Concentrations of 4:1 or stronger provide good in-process rust protection. To ensure a stable emulsion, always add the concentrate to the water with agitation. This mixing procedure produces a long lasting stable emulsion. TOWERPRO 7800-E can be applied in minimal amounts through JET-SET airless spray systems, drip, roller coater, or similar methods.
