Saf-T-VANISH 155

Saf-T-VANISH 155 is formulated to replace vanishing oils made with hydrocarbon solvents. Saf-T-VANISH 155 is a VOC free lubricant, designed with a next generation corrosion inhibitor for use on parts that will be Flat Stacked immediately after blanking. Saf-T-VANISH 155 uses state of the art additive technology to provide a high degree of lubricity without the use of chlorine or sulfur chemical extreme pressure additives. After evaporation parts have a minimal residue that is typically clean enough for secondary operations such as welding, assembly, and packaging. Saf-T-VANISH 155 has a light pleasant odor, is non-flammable, and does not contain any hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).

Usage

Saf-T-VANISH 155 should be used as supplied. It can be applied by airless spray, spray mist, drip, or roll coater. Saf-T-VANISH 155 is safe for use on ferrous metals, stainless steel, Hot Dip Galvanized, 5000, 6000, & 7000 series aluminums, and painted materials. Prescreening is recommended on brass and copper alloys, Electro Galvanized. Saf-T-VANISH 155 will provide excellent corrosion protection. The optimal storage temperature is above 40º F.
